Since the 1st April 2004 the FM services have been provided under
an interim phase output specification.
The main requirement during this phase is, working under directions
by the Authority, to maintain the buildings in their condition as
existed at contract commencement, carrying out any reactive maintenance
and repairs.
Once a school has been certified as complete full service provision
commences.
During the Full Service Phase, which applies from the completion
of works on each school to the end of the 30-year contract period,
Transform Schools through Haden is required to carry out full reactive
maintenance, planned preventative maintenance, execute life-cycle
works, and provide soft services.
All the caretakers have now been transferred under TUPE to Haden
Building Management which took place in time for interim services
commencement. |
