Desk
The Help Desk will be established in Transform School's offices
in Rotherham and will be manned by Haden Building Management 24
hours per day, 365 days per year.
The Help Desk is the single point of contact for all calls from
schools, and is used to report not only reactive maintenance issues
but also vandalism events which have resulted in damage. Requests
to adjust room temperatures, order fuel, order spares, etc., can
also be managed via the help desk.
All calls to the Help Desk will be formally recorded electronically
with details of the call, the time and date, the person making the
call (who must be an authorised representative of the school), together
with any other relevant information.
Progress of attending to the calls, when it is corrected, the time
and cost involved, will also be logged electronically so that a
full history of events is maintained.
