About us
Who is Transform Schools?
Transform Schools creates and cares for school community facilities in partnership with the public sector. Our primary aim is to provide a learning environment which inspires pupils and allows teaching staff to focus on the delivery of education.
Our prime objective is to support local authorities in raising attainment, aspirations and motivation of young people.
We do this by bringing to all our projects:
Energy and enthusiasm
Our teams' enthusiasm to "make a difference" is inspired by the relationships which are formed with schools, communities and the local authorities.
Common goals
Understanding each project's individual education vision is critical and our aim is to assist in the delivery of that vision through the creation of common goals and commitments.
Complementary skills
Each project brings with it specific needs which may include expertise in sustainability, design, construction, technology and facilities management. We work with each other to ensure that we bring the specific skills required to make the project a success.
Considerate construction
Our experience means that we understand the concerns that construction work of this nature can bring. We ensure that a construction programme is created which clearly separates pupils from the building works and minimises disruption.

We are a committed long-term partner with a proven track record in developing and delivering successful education projects.
What experience do Transform Schools staff have?
The Transform Schools team has considerable experience and expertise, much of which is gained from working within the education sector. Throughout our organisation there are many staff who are former teachers/ Headteachers.
